Event Details

2020 Theme: “Black Wall Street: You Dropped a Bomb on Me” The first bombs that ever fell on American soil fell in Tulsa, OK on Sunday, May 31, 1921 on a black affluent neighborhood called Black Wall Street. This is a story that was left out of school textbooks and was not acknowledged in the state’s history records until 1996. The public is invited to come out and learn more about this forgotten part of Black History.

The display will be opened to the public each Sunday in February following the morning church service which starts at 11am.

Lunch will be served on February 2. Everyone is welcome!

Rev. John Kidd is pastor
