Wondering how you can get involved with WTLW and Acts 44?
The wisdom of Paul is exemplified throughout his New Testament writings. In his first letter to the church in Corinth, he addresses the idea of working together: one plants the seed, another waters it, and God is the one who allows it to grow. Whether it was Paul (the planter) or Apollos (the waterer), the mission was the same: proclaim the gospel. God would reward both equally for their labors. When you choose to get involved with TV 44, we believe God will reward you, too, for your commitment to his Kingdom.
“Just as our bodies have many parts and each part has a special function, so it is with Christ’s body. We are many parts of one body, and we all belong to each other.” Paul gave us this insight in Romans 12:4-5: each member of the body functions a certain way. There are many ways you can be a part of the Acts 44 ministry.
Another way to get involved is to be one of our many volunteers. Our Annual Auction would not be possible if it weren’t for the dozens of volunteers who come out to set up chairs, serve food, direct attendees, and more. We want and need more volunteers throughout the year. If this is something you could help us out with, let us know!
Become a Sponsor
Not everyone can donate their time. Sometimes the easiest way for a small business owner to contribute to our ministry is through a sponsorship. These can take the form of a specific event sponsorship, sponsoring a full or partial programming day, or being a part of our local sports coverage.
Programming and event sponsorships are also available for individuals and families. Sponsor a day as a way to remember or honor a loved on in your life. In many cases, an “In memory of…” message throughout the day or event is the best way to honor your loved one. Whether you’re an individual or business, the best way to become a sponsor is to email us.
TV 44 has been a viewer supported ministry from the start. Community partnerships and viewer support are keys in our ability to be the embodiment of Matthew 5:14.
Paul’s letter to Philemon encourages believers to put into action generosity that only comes through faith. When you donate to our ministry, you’re putting your faith to work. No contribution is too small and we are incredibly grateful for your support.
Donate securely through out website, with options for both one time as well as recurring contributions.
Support the Acts 44 Foundation
When you read the book of Nehemiah, you’ll get a sense of calling: a realization that there is more work to be done. Our newly rebranded Acts 44 Foundation is founded on those principles: the work is just beginning and there will always be something we can do to further God’s Kingdom.
A significant way you can make a difference is through your estate bequest as designated dollar amounts or net percentage to the foundation. You can also list Acts 44 as one of the beneficiaries of your 401k or retirement plan.
We all want to leave a legacy. In the end, it doesn’t matter how many bolts we’ve assembled or how many clients we’ve closed. The thing we’ll really care about is a simple five word question: “Did I make a difference?”
