While it’s up for debate as far as what’s best to eat for breakfast, the most important thing is that you have something before starting out each morning. While taste will always be a deciding factor, making sure this meal both healthy and nutritious is an important part to having a great day!
Healthy Berry Lemon Smoothie Recipe
Making Jennifer’s smoothie includes these ingredients:
- Kefir, almond milk, or even water
- Berries or a berry blend
- Unsweetened coconut
- 2 teaspoons of Moringa
- Cinnamon or Tumeric
- and a slice of Lemon (including the rind).
You’ll notice that she doesn’t provide exact measurements for most of these, because really it’s up to your individual taste. Blend these together and enjoy!
